SATA-CODA™ Community presents educational, creative, and experiential content related to guided practice, movement, sound, culture, and human connection. It is not medical or psychological treatment, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of a particular result. Individual experiences vary.
TalCo Movement
TalCo Movement presents educational demonstrations and information related to calisthenics, resistance training, mobility, recovery, and progressive skill development. Public videos are not individualized medical, rehabilitation, or nutrition advice. Participation is voluntary. Choose an appropriate level, stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort, and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.
Training inquiries
The contact form begins a conversation only. Availability, suitability, location, format, scope, pricing, scheduling, and any applicable agreement must be confirmed separately before services begin.

You remain in control. Pause, lower the volume, remove headphones, exit fullscreen, or stop any audiovisual experience that feels uncomfortable. Use extra care if you are sensitive to flashing imagery, motion, sound, or immersive media.
